What often gets overlooked, in our quest for adventure abroad, are beautiful destinations to visit right here in Britain! From the rolling green meadows of the Yorkshire Dales to one of the very few tidal islands in the UK that visitors can walk to, off the coast of Cornwall - there are many hidden gems!
Not only does a staycation eliminate tiring airport queues and jet-lag, it also allows us to do our bit for the environment, keeping our carbon footprint low and show support for the British tourist industry!
