Free UK P&P: For all orders over £50.
All UK orders will be tracked to their destination & a tracking code will be provided to the customer via email. Tracking emails will be sent either on the same day as the order is placed, or the next working day (please check your spam folder if the tracking email is not in your inbox).
Free returns in UK only.
Please note: There are no free returns for purchases made in our special promotion events which include Spring & Winter flash sales.
UK Delivery Costs
- UK Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.95. under £50; free over £50. Allow between 3 - 5 working days.
- UK Next Day Delivery: £6.95 for orders placed before 1 pm on working days.
Next Day service deliveries are Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles.
Overseas Delivery Costs
- Europe: £6.99. Please allow between 4-5 working days for delivery. All EU parcels will be tracked to their destination & a tracking code will be provided to the customer via email (please check your spam folder on the next working day after your order for this if it’s not in your inbox). Click here to access the Royal Mail Tracking page and enter your tracking code to see where your parcel is. Please see list below of all European countries that this fee applies to.*
- All other destinations: £16. Please allow between 10-15 working days for delivery. These are minimum charges which are weight dependent. On some occasions, the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Orders under £100 cannot be tracked.
*For the purposes of delivery for £6.99 with tracking, EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden.
Exchanges and Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your HotSquash order, send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within one month for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: HotSquash garments are provided with two security labels, one attached to the neck-label, and one by the lower hem. For a full refund to be provided, garments must be returned in an unused condition with both of these labels attached. If either label is removed we will assume that the garment has been worn and is no longer eligible for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For gifts, we are happy to extend this. Please return Christmas gifts by the end of January (gifts ordered from October). For Valentine gifts (ordered from January) please return by 15 March.
What should I do to exchange my order?
The returns form was sent with your order.* Put the items you are returning on this form.
Please state the items you would like instead in the bottom box. This does not need to be the same item as the one you are returning, or worth the same.
We will credit the card you gave us if there is a difference in the amount and contact you if we need to take extra payment for an exchange item higher in price.
We don't charge postage on items going back to you on an exchange.
What should I do to return my order?
We offer free UK returns.*
Please complete the form which was sent with your order and put it in your parcel.
Take your parcel to your local Post Office and send it to HotSquash, Tribec House, 58-60 Edward Road, New Barnet, London EN4 8AZ, United Kingdom.
Please ask your Post Office for a 'proof of posting' certificate. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
*With the exception of sale items.
How long does it take for refunds to be made?
Once we have received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to go through.
What if my item is faulty?
In the rare occasion that your HotSquash clothes are faulty, please accept our apologies. Contact our Customer Services on 0845 519 6654 or email: email@example.com
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on 0845 519 6654. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to amend it. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to process a refund until we receive the parcel back.
Can I return a present?
Yes, just make sure it is returned unworn, in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You can choose an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. If you're not sure about whether or not your item qualifies, please get in touch.
