Delivery and Returns
Delivery is subject to credit/debit card authorisation and stock availability. A signature may be required on receipt for Next Day deliveries. We will charge one amount of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels it involves. Delivery may be up until 7pm. If the parcel is delivered when you are out, Royal Mail will leave a note through your letter box with details about how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
UK Delivery Costs
UK standard delivery: £3.95. Allow between 3 - 6 working days.
UK Next Day delivery: £6.95 for orders placed before 1 pm.
Next Day service deliveries are Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles.
Overseas Delivery Costs
European Union: £8.99. Please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery.
All other destinations: £16. Please allow between 10-15 working days for delivery.
These are minimum charges which are weight dependent. On some occasions, the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
Exchanges and Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your HotSquash order, send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within one month for a full refund or exchange.
For gifts, we are happy to extend this. Please return Christmas gifts by the end of January (gifts ordered from October). For Valentine gifts (ordered from January) please return by 15 March.
What should I do to exchange my order?
The returns form was sent with your order. Put the items you are returning on this form.
Please state the items you would like instead in the bottom box. This does not need to be the same item as the one you are returning, or worth the same.
We will credit/debit the card you gave us if there is a difference in the amount. We will not contact you unless there is a problem.
We don't charge postage on items going back to you on an exchange.
What should I do to return my order?
Please complete the form which was sent with your order and put it in your parcel.
Take your parcel to your local Post Office and send it to HotSquash, 21 Hillside, New Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 1LT.
Please ask your Post Office for a 'proof of posting' certificate. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
We don't cover the cost of postage on refunded items. Our fabrics cost around five times more than average and we don't pass this cost on to you. If we paid for postage on refunded items we would have to increase the price of our clothes.
How long does it take for refunds to be made?
Once we've received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to go through.
What if my item is faulty?
In the rare occasion that your HotSquash clothes are faulty, please accept our apologies. Contact our Customer Services on 0845 519 6654 or email info@HotSquash.com.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on 0845 519 6654. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to amend it. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to process a refund until we receive the parcel back.
Can I return a present?
Yes, just make sure it is returned unworn, in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You can choose an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. If you're not sure about whether or not your item qualifies, please get in touch.
